Hours: 40 hours
per week over 4 days. 1:4 out-of-hours and weekend rota. (We are happy to
consider part time applications).

Cave Veterinary Specialists
is located in the stunning Somerset countryside in the Southwest of England,
just outside of Wellington and within easy reach of the M5 and central
rail-links.
We are a vibrant, friendly
and collaborative team that works together to provide the highest standards of
patient and client care. We are a busy referral hospital with specialists in internal
medicine, soft tissue and orthopaedic surgery, neurology, cardiology and
dermatology. The neurology team is currently
comprised of four specialists and one resident.

The hospital is currently
benefitting from a £1.8 million investment, with expanded client areas, new
consultation rooms and laboratory facilities. A new MRI scanner will be
installed in May 2022, providing further opportunities for expansion of the
neurology service.
Your role and responsibilities
We are seeking a Clinician
who prides themselves on providing unrivalled patient care while maintaining
the highest standards of Client service. We work collaboratively here at Cave so we are
hoping to attract a real team player who brings out the best in your colleagues
with your enthusiasm and positive interaction.
As part of our Neurology
team, you will contribute to the excellent service and patient care we pride
ourselves on. You are keen to support our resident training programs and
provide advice/CPD to referring vets. You have amazing communication skills,
and see yourself as an integral part of the bigger team. Our team are very much part of defining
our 3 and 5-year vision for the hospital and we would hope that you are looking
forward to contributing towards this as we grow and develop the hospital.
